World Humanity Commission, an
independent worldwide specialized organization –the Commission for Humanity, as part of the
activities of her “Inspire The CHILD |
Save The CHILD | Eyes On Hope Projects” –in promotion of Sustainable Development Goals, respectively
on the 10th –through –13th of December, 2019 hosted “International Day of Human Rights +
Humanity Awards 2019” in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja Nigeria. It was a gathering of diplomats,
philanthropists, celebrities, royalties, clergies, captains of industry,
politicians and power brokers among other public figures. It was a Moment with
Legends, at the Black History Night, for the first time in Africa.
Humanity Awards | Humanity Choice Awards | Humanity Prize Awards and
its World Order of Nobles –Dignitaries and Philanthropists Awards [WONDPA] is the greatest prestigious humanitarian achievement award on earth;
craved by the World Humanity Commission [WHC], recognized by the World Community
of over 202 Countries and Territories, placed in the World Hall of Fame Gallery
| World Hall of Fame Records; as an annual recognition event organized to honor
governments, organizations and individuals whose large hearts, philanthropic
and humanitarian gestures are enviable; those whose antecedents left people not
in doubt, and have distinguished them in terms of Humanitarian Missions, Public
Service and Goodwill especially, in the areas of Child Development, Gender Equality, Empowerment of Women and Youths,
Social Affairs, Welfare of the Poor, Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Conflict Resolutions, Promotion of Peace and Unity, Dialogues,
Security, Healthcare Delivery, Education, Promotion of Art and Culture,
Tourism, Grassroots Community Development, Capacity Building, upholding the
Declaration of Human Rights, Humanitarian Aid, Social Development, Disaster
Management, Environment and Health Care, Campaign Against Injustice, Peace
Keeping Disarmament and Sustainability through Civic Social Responsibility,
Development and Support of Civil Society Initiatives and Goals, among other
development priorities; and in accordance with the United Nations Declarations,
and for sustainable development goals to accelerate the realization of peace,
justice, zero hunger and poverty eradication. Whilst promoting unity and
oneness of purpose, uniting Leaders who have strong passion for Humanity and
serving as catalysts of positive social change, thereby significantly
contributing to the sustainable development in our society, for Humanity.
In view of this, the World Humanity Commission recognized select
individuals that are positively touching lives; in her tradition of recognizing
outstanding governments, organizations, men and women, among them are: Chief

Consequently, by this global recognition, Recipients are
welcomed as Honorary Members of the –World
Humanity Commission and inducted into the World Order of Nobles –Dignitaries and
Philanthropists placed in the World
Hall of Fame Gallery | World Hall of Fame of Records as Distinguished Fellows -Members, World Order
of Nobles –Dignitaries and Philanthropists, and the acronym: “WONDP” added
after their names, example: [Nelson
Mandela,
WONDP].
The newly appointed Officials and inducted Members were presented with
Certificates, Medals, and issued WHC Diplomatic Iron Badges, Passport Cards,
Label Pins, among other official items of the World Humanity Commission.
It
encourages recipients to become Humanity Ambassadors and Stakeholders of our
collective efforts to build a new civilization –“a society without street
children; a society where everyone deserve a home and cozy life; a society
where the rights to free quality education, healthcare and opportunity are
provided for all; a society where human rights, protection from abuse,
violation, and social vices are duly enforced; a society where people enjoys
free residence, enabling environment, and movement of goods and services; and a
society where nobody can afford to leave poor to care for the poor”.
Earlier, during the “Universal Humanity Convention –World Humanity Forum [UHC –WHF]” –a summit part of the program, designed to promote awareness,
better understanding and implementation of the global goals, social, economic
and demographic processes affecting this important unit of society, Chief Mike Ozhekome –United Nations
Ambassador & Senior Advocate of Nigeria, and Barr. Kenneth Okonkwo
–Nollywood Actor, delivered Keynote Speeches on Humanity.
Opening remark was delivered by
His Excellency Dr. Sir Zelly MIGHTY –World Chairman | President of
World Humanity Commission. In the welcome note, Dr. Sir Zelly said Inspire The
CHILD | Save The CHILD | Eyes On Hope Projects is a challenge to everyone;
stating that Humanity is
the qualities that reside within and define a human being; qualities that make
us humane; radiating kindness, generosity, compassion, love and care for all
life on this planet, and even for the planet in which we live. As soon as we
understand the importance of humanity in day to day life, the purpose for which
we are on Earth is automatically fulfilled, and only then we can say we belong
to humanity. He stressed that Nigeria as the most
populous country in the whole of Africa has an immense rich cultural heritage,
adding that as a country, Nigeria is blessed with diverse culture with natural
vegetation, good weather condition, land mass and potential tourist sites. The
WHC President used the opportunity to encourage people to always contribute to
the development of the society especially, through support to humanitarian
missions that provide aids and restore complete feeling of self-worth; recognizing
that Humanitarian service is an act of passion and genuine Love towards people
of lower class or less privileged, which is geared in putting smiles in their
faces and bringing hopes to them.
Interestingly, the
event witnessed the Official Crowning of the African Union Queen hereinafter referred to as Miss African Union
–the Unity Queen of Africa, in the person of Queen Judith Odini –“MISS UNITY
AFRICA 2019 | 2020”.
The newly crowned
Miss Unity Africa, –Queen Judith Odini thank World Humanity Commission for
discovering her. “As the African Unity Ambassador, I would like express
gratitude to World Humanity Commission for providing me with the platform to
promote the Unity of Africa whilst contributing to the sustainable development
hence, I will forever cherish this Crown, and shall professionally articulate
my motivation and logic for pursuing a vision of the African CHILD Projects through
innovative programs. I believe that we need to give people of every race,
cultural and socio-economic background the equal access to opportunity, and to
grow with an orientation of unity and respect to cultural ethics and values, which
am set to make Africa proud. More so, I would like to call on all sons and
daughters of Africa and friends of Africa to re-pledge Africa and support us in
achieving the WHC objectives on target”, she disclosed.

Pageants’ objective is to bring people together in a common synergized
atmosphere to foster mutual co-existence, peace, unity and harmony amongst
states in our society, for sustainable development.
Also headlined in
the official coronation was crowning of the Unity Queen of the Federal Republic
of Nigeria, –“MISS UNITY NIGERIA 2019 | 2020” – Queen Steffi Ubah, –a final
year Medical Student of University of Nigeria Enugu Campus. Alongside, Duke
Christ Iyke Nmalani –“MR UNITY NIGERIA 2019 | 2020”; Queen Ozioma Ojukwu as Miss
Tourism AU Nigeria 2019 | 2020; Queen Chinaza Chikeluba as Miss Carnival
Nigeria 2019 | 2020; and Queen Genevieve Chioma Okpala as Miss Human Rights
2019 | 2020.
Closing remark was
made by Queen Lynda Chioma Onwuka –Former Miss Culture Nigeria & Founder of CLO Charity Foundation,
serving in the capacity as the Special Envoy on Humanitarian Affairs to the
President of World Humanity Commission, His Excellency Dr. Sir Zelly MIGHTY.
The event was
managed by the African World Theatres [AWT] in association with CLO General
Services, endorsed by the Commission for Humanity –under The Presidency, World
Humanity Commission.
